What is Self Image?
It is the idea one has of one's own Abilities, Appearance, and Personality.
While it is normal to have doubt about one or all of these things- because our Internal is composed of Negative Experiences.
If you see yourself as Unworthy - it is likely you will use everyday experiences- as Bad luck, Rudeness towards others. Changing these thought patterns is abit Difficult- but there are 5 habits which will help you to Improve your Self Image Daily.
1. EXCERCISE
Why don't you Exercise ? It is an advice given to people with Low Confidence, Low Self Image, Anxiety.
But there are many Benefits as well. By Achieving Goals you can work on Attitude towards yourself, focus can be changed from the Body was to what it can do.
It is to make sure that it is being done because it makes you happy and not because you feel like you have to.
2) MEDITATION
It allows you to think clearly, improves energy levels, helps in increasing your performance. All of these can help you feel better about yourself, it will also help to relieve stress .
3) TALKING POSITIVE ABOUT YOURSELF
It is very important to break out of habits of defaming yourself to others. Undervaluing humor is fine as long as it isn't only way you refer yourself. Repeating the negatives is only way to reinforce them in your mind.
4) LOOK FOR POSITIVE IN OTHERS
If you highly expect of other people, it is likely you apply same standards to your own self image - so make an effort to look best in people.
Avoid Comparing yourself to other people in a way that you feel inferior.
5) FIND YOUR NETWORK
The internet provides a surprising support network - where people reach out to community. What so ever your interests you can meet people who are very enthusiastic about exactly same things.
